The Double E Pipeline (“Project”) will provide natural gas transportation service from the northern Delaware Basin to the Waha Hub in Texas, connecting a growing associated natural gas supply basin to a liquid trading point with multiple current and planned takeaway pipelines serving demand centers along the United States Gulf Coast and Mexico.
The Project will consist of approximately 133 miles of pipeline. It will originate in the northern Delaware Basin in Eddy County, New Mexico and terminate at the Waha Hub, servicing portions of Eddy and Lea Counties in New Mexico and Loving, Ward, Reeves and Pecos Counties in Texas. The Project will have multiple direct downstream pipeline connections. Additional receipt laterals and extensions are being contemplated. The Project is expected to be placed into service during the second quarter of 2021.
